WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Emergency Room Nurse a for a 13-week contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Rochester, NY. Travelers can earn up to $2,400 per week for this role.

Job Function:

• Day Shift and Night Shift.


• 3x12.


• Responsible for managing the care of adult and/or pediatric patients experiencing life-threatening problems requiring complex assessment, high intensity therapies, and interventions.


• Provide support, education and comfort to patients and their families during their emergency room experience.


• Prepare patients for surgery or diagnostic testing.


• Provide IV insertion, intubation, medicine administration, blood drawing, and many other medical procedures.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience required.




• Experience preferred.




• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
