\n\nJob Description\n

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for an entry-level leadership role in our 3 room single specialty Urology Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). The Clinical Coordinator / Nurse Manager will have clinical and administrative responsibilities for managing the OR and Sterile Processing Department (SPD) areas, ensuring quality nursing care is effectively provided to patients.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Oversee the direction and quality of Nursing Services in the OR/SPD.
\n
• Manage clinical and administrative functions within the department.
\n
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
\n
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care delivery.
\n
• Assist in training and evaluating nursing personnel.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience\n

\n
• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey.
\n
• Previous experience in a surgical setting, preferably in urology.
\n
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
\n
