• Location: Salida, Colorado (81201) – Colorado healthcare jobs\n
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 11/17/2025 – End: 2/16/2026)\n
• Healthcare Setting: Operating Room (OR)\n
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week\n
• Shift: 06:30 – 17:00, four days per week (Tuesday–Friday), plus equitable call coverage including weekdays, weekends, and holidays\n
• Employment Type: Travel Surgical Technologist\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1520 - $1640\n

\n\nQualifications – Surgical Technologist\n

\n
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an OR Surgical Technologist (orthopedic surgery experience required)\n
• Current CPR certification (healthcare provider level)\n
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential\n
• Ability to participate in call rotation, including holiday and weekend coverage\n

\n\nKey Responsibilities – OR Surgical Tech\n

• Assist surgeons and perioperative nursing staff during surgical procedures\n
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes\n
• Demonstrate clinical competence in surgical technology, sterile processing, endoscopy, and materials management\n
• Maintain strict sterile technique and immediately report any breaks in aseptic protocol\n
• Prepare the operating room and ensure all surgical equipment and supplies are available prior to procedures\n
• Safely operate electro-surgical, diagnostic, video, and specialty surgical equipment\n
