About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Growth and Strategy in the Commercial Energy Infrastructure and Automation sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the development and establishment of strong relationships with customers and strategic partners. This role is pivotal in driving the company's revenue growth and margin expansion, particularly within the energy utility market. The VP will be tasked with identifying and implementing business strategies, leading a team to win new business, and continuously monitoring the market for emerging requirements and competitor activities. A deep understanding of the energy utility market, as well as the ability to lead large and diverse teams, is essential.
Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of related growth experience, including a proven track record in leading business development teams. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and effectively lead a team to achieve business development goals. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills are a must, as is the ability to attract and retain top talent. The VP will also be involved in the allocation of resources, market analysis, and the development of growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships, both internally and externally, and will be proficient in standard business software.
