The sales territory for this (BDD) Business Development Director will cover MA, VT, NH, CT, and upstate NY. The BDD will be based in our Boston office.
Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) - Local is a hard services-led, tailored facility management solution. We self-perform hard services while partnering with best-in-class soft service providers to offer custom facility and project management solutions to our clients. We focus on empowering our team with a high-level of downstream accountability resulting in an agile and efficient service delivery. In addition to our core facility and project management capabilities, our platform offers direct access to our Best-in-Class services including ESG, Security Consulting, Workplace Strategy, and Workplace Experience.
As a CBRE Business Development Director, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing local and regional business marketing and development strategies. This job is part of the Sales function. They are responsible for the design of sales solutions that are presented and sold to potential, new, and existing clients.
Job Summary
Through sales and marketing efforts, help ensure sales growth targets. Responsible for all aspects of business development/sales pursuits in assigned area, including financials, solutioning, development of win strategy, leadership of all client-facing meetings, and contract negotiations. Acts as a thought partner and advisor to the business lines in their own specific marketing and business development activities.

The minimum salary for the Business Development Director position is $135,500 annually and the maximum salary for the Business Development Director position is $190,000 annually. The compensation offered will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience.
