Our client, a healthcare-focused IT services and consulting company, is looking for Call Center Representative to join their team in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have previous Salesforce and call center experience, with a preference for healthcare. Are you interested? Apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Handle information requests via phone, email, and website while providing superior customer service.
• Provide referrals to approved agencies and programs.
• Follow protocols and performance standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and required reporting.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer support experience.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience using MS Office and Salesforce is preferred.
• Ability to work meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Position Information:

• Pays $22/hr-$24/hr
• Temporary for 6-9 months.
• There is a potential for this position to extend.
• Shifts vary from 8am-7pm.
• Arlington, VA
