ExecHQ is an advisory firm comprised of executives with extensive C-Suite (e.g., CEO, COO, CMO, CFO, etc.) experience, delivering on-demand and cost-effective solutions for complex business problems faced by Business Owners, CEOs, Boards, Private Equity Firms, Family Offices, Non-Profits, and other entities. Our clients range in size from startups to Fortune 1000 companies.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Consulting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to collaborate with our principals to provide optimal solutions to our global clients. Apply your experience as a full-time or consulting CEO to assist business owners and CEOs in achieving their organizational goals. We value entrepreneurial spirits and prioritize our consultants' growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Utilize your skills as a CEO to support clients with leadership, turnarounds, growth strategies, executive coaching, and team building.
2. Leverage our training and coaching to expand your network, build relationships, follow up, and assist in closing new client leads.
3. Engage with CEOs and business owners at a peer level, listening, learning, and diagnosing core issues.
4. Assemble a team from within the client organization, our C-Suite consultants, or strategic partners to deliver tailored solutions.
5. Collaborate with other experienced C-Suite professionals committed to delivering the best outcomes for clients.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field required; MBA or relevant Master's preferred.
2. Minimum of five years' experience as a CEO, business owner, or equivalent leadership role.
