*About Us*We are a licensed childcare center committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment where children can learn and grow. We are seeking an experienced Childcare Director to lead our team and oversee daily operations. *Our center is scheduled to open in late 2025 to early 2026*, and this position will be instrumental in preparing for a successful launch.*Responsibilities* Oversee daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring compliance with state licensing regulations. Recruit, hire, train, and supervise teachers and staff. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and programs. Manage *CCS (Child Care Services) subsidy program*, including enrollment, reporting, attendance tracking, and compliance with Workforce Solutions requirements. Build strong relationships with families and staff, ensuring excellent communication. Manage enrollment, budgets, and resources effectively. Maintain accurate records and reports as required by licensing and subsidy programs. Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for children and staff.*Qualifications* Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred. Minimum 35 years of leadership experience in a licensed childcare, daycare, or preschool program. Experience managing *CCS/Workforce subsidy programs* strongly preferred. Knowledge of state childcare licensing standards. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. CPR/First Aid certified (or ability to obtain).*Compensation & Benefits* Salary: $70,000 $80,000 annually (depending on experience) Full benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Professional development and training support Supportive team environment
