Job Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation, and pouring of concrete for various construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of concrete work, following safety guidelines, and working efficiently with the team.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of job sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools.
  • Mix, pour, and spread concrete using tools like trowels, shovels, and mixers.
  • Smooth concrete surfaces using various finishing tools.
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as mixers.
  • Monitor and ensure proper curing of concrete to prevent defects.
  • Load and unload materials and tools at the job site.
  • Follow safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

  Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a concrete laborer or in a construction role is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
  • Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
