Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to design and maintain scalable end-to-end data pipelines ensuring data accuracy and governance throughout our customer lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will create actionable dashboards, optimize customer journeys, and generate insights to inform strategic decisions, particularly during critical tax season campaigns. Open to remote candidates and part-time hours, this role requires a blend of technical proficiency and analytical creativity to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage end-to-end data pipelines for customer acquisition and retention workflows, ensuring data quality and governance.
• Create and maintain dashboards and automated reports in Tableau or Qliksense to monitor key performance and customer lifecycle metrics.
• Analyze acquisition and retention funnels to identify and implement improvements for customer experiences and conversions.
• Apply statistical and machine learning methods to analyze customer behavior, predicting outcomes such as churn, conversion rates, and lifetime value.
• Translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations for marketing and product development teams.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficient in SQL and data wrangling techniques.
• Extensive experience with Tableau or Qliksense for data visualization.
• Experience in applying predictive analytics to generate customer insights.

Industry Experience Required:
Preferably 3-5 years in analytics roles, with a focus on customer insights or marketing analytics. Familiarity with the dynamics of the tax season campaigns is advantageous but not mandatory.
