About the Role

A growing industrial construction team is looking for a Senior Project Engineer with outstanding organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the drive to lead projects with precision and professionalism. Youll work directly alongside Project Managers, providing critical support across multiple high-impact builds.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers across 24 industrial construction projects
• Analyze and interpret civil drawings with confidence and accuracy
• Maintain tight coordination using tools like AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality to keep everything on track
• Ensure projects run smoothly from planning to completion
• Contribute to a high-performance team focused on efficiency and excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 4+ years of project engineering experience (industrial preferred)
• Highly skilled in reading civil and construction drawings
• Proficient with: AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives under pressure
