Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using assessment data.
Conduct behavioral/skills assessments and monitor progress through ongoing data collection.
Supervise and support RBTs through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
Provide parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards.
Requirement to conduct services in-person Maryland once per quarter. Remaining sessions can be conducted remotely.
Participate in virtual team meetings and apply evidence-based practices consistently. Turning on of camera during virtual supervision and team meetings is required.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Pay Range: $76- $105/hour
Employment Type: Part-Time
Location: Telehealth
Travel: Once every 2 months (travel and accommodation will be 100% company-paid)
