Job Summary As a District Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team and oversee multiple accounts across your territory. You'll drive operational and financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain strong client relationships, and support community engagement. Responsibilities Lead Resident District Managers and/or Directors of Dining Services to deliver outstanding service. Drive performance in key areas: financials, safety, client satisfaction, and employee engagement. Represent the district at client and community events. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Retention teams on proposals and strategic initiatives. Support leadership in fostering culture, visibility, and accountability. Make strategic decisions that balance short- and long-term outcomes. Ensure compliance with food, safety, and quality regulations; lead audits and improvements. Champion talent development, succession planning, and team readiness. Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting accuracy. Enforce fair and consistent policy administration. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of multi-unit leadership in food service, hospitality, or related support services. Strong background in contract management, client relations, team development, and operations. Proven success in business growth and financial oversight. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to travel extensively. Apply to Bon Appetit today!
