We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will apply SRE principles to increase the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical enterprise applications. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are resilient, highly available, and proactively monitored. Job Responsibilities: Practice Site Reliability Engineering mindset to solve problems via automation and simplicity Partner with architects, development leads, business partners, and fellow SREs to ensure resilient design and implementation Identify and implement reliability and availability improvements for critical applications Support production systems, perform application deployments, and respond rapidly to incidents Proactively monitor systems and review SLO/SLI metrics and runbooks Improve observability through scalable monitoring solutions and actionable alerts Recommend system health improvements and contribute to toil reduction initiatives Promote reliability principles, guidelines, and best practices across teams Foster a learning culture through internal training and knowledge sharing Participate in on-call rotations, including escalations during market hours and off-hours Required Skills: 6+ years of experience in enterprise system administration or SRE roles 6+ years of experience with RHEL Linux or Windows Server administration Proven track record supporting enterprise production environments aligned with DevOps/SRE frameworks Strong experience building dashboards, setting up alerts, and proactive system monitoring Hands-on experience with logging/monitoring tools: AppDynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace, ThousandEyes Experience supporting applications in cloud environments such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) 4+ years of experience with Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, and Bamboo Preferred Skills: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible Familiarity with container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) Scripting skills in Python, Shell, or similar Experience with CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines Exposure to financial services or trading environments Certifications: Cloud certification (e.g., GCP Associate Cloud Engineer or equivalent) is a plus ITIL Foundation or SRE Practitioner certification is a plus Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Email ID * This field is required Please enter valid emailId.
